This is a Chesapeake Lightcraft design by John Harris. The hull and seats are fabricated with Okume Marine Grade Plywood. The blocked inwales/outwales are mahogany finished bright. Both the interior and exterior bottom third of the hull are coated with woven fiberglass set in 3 coats MAS Epoxy Resin. The entire hull, both inside and outside have two coats Of Epoxy as well. The net effect is a hull that is fully contained within an "Epoxy Envelope" that provides exceptional durability and resistance to premature ageing and rot issues. Length: 13" 6" Beam: 54" Payload: 600 Lbs as certified by USCG Testing Retractable Centerboard, Kick-up Rudder with Tiller, The Tanbark color Sail area is 74 Sq Ft, Mast, Boom and Spar are natural finished Spruce. All necessary running rigging is included. Two custom wrapped fenders as well as four PFD's are Included. There is also a pair of Shaw & Tenney oars that can used in the two rowing positions on the boat. The Trailer is by Trailex and is specifically configured for the Lighthouse Tender Peapod. Neither the Boat, nor the Trailer have been used or registered. They are both "brand new". Chesapeake Lightcraft has two videos on their web site.
